Every project warrants a unique and client-centric approach. Outlined below is our fundamental process flow, which is adaptable to meet the specific needs of each project we undertake.
We have two steps in that stage: Concept and Initiation, Definition and Planning, which include the initial project brief, analysis, schemas, technical specifications, project charter file, WBS, wireframes, design, and other planning.
Once all preparatory tasks are completed, we initiate development grounded in the specifications and sprint planning established during the preparation phase. This stage also encompasses regular demo calls with the customer at the end of each sprint.
We employ a comprehensive suite of testing protocols, including unit tests, manual QA, and automated QA. Sentry, our bug reporting tool, facilitates efficient bug detection and performance tracking at all stages. This system ensures we identify and resolve issues swiftly, often before users report them, aided by detailed data on user devices, requests, responses, and actions.
Project launches can vary; we might debut an MVP and continue development or complete all functionalities before launch. Each method necessitates specific preparations, like drafting text for mobile products, revisiting content, and integrating analytics. We advocate for a pilot launch with up to 100 users for several weeks of pre-marketplace debut. This enables us to gather valuable user feedback and evaluate system performance under a modest load.
Support is a crucial element at the culmination of any project phase. We provide a variety of support options and recommend starting with the "Active" plan post-launch for optimal assistance and maintenance.
